I am a very recent purchaser of Pips 4 Idiots and have sent two emails to the support emial provided asking how to open up the executable file for the program and so far have received no response. Starting to appear that support is non-existent for this product. Too bad, as it seems like a good product.

no trades since 1 week now on eurusd and jpyusd. i wonder, if the software is waking up some time?

it is impossible for the EA to learn from other trades without having a DLL install…and this EA only has .EX4 files.

therefore all the code is isolated to the machine and is there is no way to communicate the “shared consciousness” to the bot.

I bought this priduct the day it came out and have tried, since then, to get somebody to help me get the ssystem downlosded in my PC but I get no response to my emails. What is going on??

I am very disapointed with the level of Tech support for this product. Communicating only by e-mail and the amount of time it takes to receive a response is totally unaccetable. The system is not user friendly. I will seek a refund.

I started using Pips 4 Idiots on December 7, 2010, using 1.0 lots on a demo account. In 7 days I had 10 trades, with 6 wins and 4 losses, for a net gain of $1093.23. That doesn’t sound like a scam to me.

I got nervous when my last trade was down over $1000, but I let it ride and it recovered, with a nice $488 profit. It seems to take wild swings, but it can recover.

Hi, I agree wiht most of people. Support is almost imposible. You can´t get into members page. The robot did twotrades in about one week, and it only took about 30 pips, ) in my worst personal scenario, and being a novide in this market, i´ve done 100 pips a day.
The lack of support let´s me see this might be a scam,as it is FAPTURBO,The very same problems.
I will wait just three more days to request a full refund, if i have no personal answer from JOE.
LOOK OUT EVERYBODY OUT THERE.
